     The evaluation of safety and efficacy of live goat pox vaccine in the field The evaluation of safety and efficacy of live goat pox vaccine in the field Tran Xuan Hanh, Nguyen Thi Lam Huong, Đang Hung, To Thi Phan, Pham Hao Quang, Huynh Khuong Huu Duyen, To Thi Hue, Nguyen Van Dung,Nguyen Xuan Binh, Do Xuan Bieu - The safety and efficacy of live goat pox vaccine were evaluated in the field. The results indicated that vaccine was safe for goats vaccinated with either one dose or ten times to those of dose recommended. One month after vaccination, 96,3% vaccinated goats had antibody response detected by ELISA and 100 % vaccinated goats were protected against the challenge using the virulent goat virus strain NAVET – ĐD06/DN.
